Current contract employee through Tesoro Group. From the initial interaction with the recruiter to the actual job offer everything was very smooth and the recruiter was very helpful and responsive during the entire process. Was able to negotiate the desired rate for the position and very happy with the outcome. For benefits it was a nice surprise to find out that there was a healthcare option as well as sick time for MN employee which typically is not something you get with a contract position.
